Virtual Power Plant
A Virtual Power Plant (VPP) is a solution that operates like a (virtual) power plant, aggregating and managing distributed energy resources, including small-scale power plants and renewable energy facilities, as well as consumer energy savings like battery storage systems, electric vehicles (EVs), and demand response (DR), through IoT.
EV×Electricity Service
Electric vehicles (EVs) are often described as “batteries on wheels.” As renewable energy sources continue to expand, the role of battery storage and demand response in maintaining a stable power supply is becoming increasingly important.
We directly manage EVs and plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) to automatically shift charging times to periods when electricity prices are lower—typically during the daytime when renewable energy is more readily available. This smart charging approach contributes to grid stability, promotes the broader use of renewable energy, and helps avoid costly investments in grid infrastructure upgrades.
Third-Party Ownership
Third-Party Ownership (TPO) is a model where businesses install solar panels, storage batteries, or other equipment on commercial facilities, office buildings, or homes. Users of these properties can utilize the generated electricity.
